Dr Moudhi Al Twaijri
Dr Al Twaijri is a Saudi Psychologist that has lived around the world during her childhood and adulthood. This has strengthened her understanding of people and different cultures.
She has worked in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the USA, and the UK, and is familiar with Arabic and Western culture across all generations. Currently, working in Saudi Arabia.
She works with adolescents and adults. Individuals, families, and couples. She speaks English and Arabic fluently, and familiar with many dialects in Arabic and English.
She is a trained psychologist that uses and integrates different therapy techniques such as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy to help clients deal with a wide range of life’s complications and issues.
Her approach is quite unique where she beleievs that people are experts on their lives, and she is only a facilitator that uses different techniques to help people make small changes towards their preferred future.
